We have worked with Kendall to buy two homes and sell one, and all were great experiences. She is incredibly responsive, patient, and is on top of every detail, no… matter the time of day or day of the week. She clearly knows the market and was able to get us great prices for the houses we bought, and sell our house for $50k more than we bought it for. In addition to being at the top of her field, she’s also just fun to work with. I dragged her to over a dozen houses so it’s nice that spending time with her is a pleasure. :) You won’t regret working with Kendall. Seriously, she’s a rockstar.
