Kendall was a tremendous help to me as an anxious first-time homebuyer in 2021. She was with me every step of the way, offering me wise counsel as I explored my options in a tight housing market. At one point, I got cold feet on a new build townhouse I had been under contract with for a few months while it was being constructed. I was pretty much freaking out and seriously questioning if I was making the right choice. She talked me back from the edge and reminded me of all the reasons I decided to go under contract in the first place. I’m so glad she did, because nearly two years later, I love that townhome and feel it is the perfect place for me at this time in my life.
